CueSwitch is a browser extension that lets you pick two open tabs and choose which one has the sound. This policy explains what it does with your information. In short: CueSwitch does not collect, sell, share or transmit any personal data or browsing information. Everything stays on your device.
CueSwitch saves the following in your browser's local extension storage so that it keeps working the way you set it up:
This information is stored only in your browser. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. It is removed when you uninstall the extension.
To show you the list of open tabs, CueSwitch reads the titles, icons and sound status of your open tabs inside your browser. To move the sound, pause or play, fade volume, and show the on-page badge, animation and floating panel, it runs on the pages you choose. It does not read, record or send the content of the pages you visit, and it does not track your browsing history.
CueSwitch does not use analytics, advertising, cookies, accounts or any third-party service, and it does not send any data to a server. The only thing it loads from the internet is the small icon of each tab in the tab list, which your browser fetches from the same websites you already have open.
We do not sell, rent, share or transfer your data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to the extension's function.
Your settings stay on your device until you change them or remove the extension. Turning the extension off, or changing mode, clears your tab picks. Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored.
If CueSwitch's data practices ever change, this policy will be updated before the change is released, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
